The grape harvest takes place during the period from September 15th to September 20th to ensure that the clusters are perfectly ripe and ready for soft pressing. It is aged on the fermentation lees for about 12 months in concrete. Bottled without filtration, it is a tribute to purity and frankness. Dedicated to Vera, the producer’s mother.
