Aromatically very fine and delicately floral, it reminds the lemon zest of the nose; palate characterized by persistent acidity of ripe lemon, with a salty, very dry and savory finish. The vineyard is located along the Slovenian border. Pale and bright straw yellow. Fresh aromatic herbs alternate with mint, balsamic traces and saltiness. Sapid and tasty in the mouth with a good structure. Particularly savory finish. The company practices organic and traditional viticulture. They are whites who express themselves very well up to 10 years after the harvest.
