The wine is medium deep golden yellow in color. The bouquet is ripe, moderately accentuated, pleasantly fragrant and reminiscent of lavender, hay, honey, juicy yellow fruits, rosemary. It is dry in the mouth, the acids are lower, even if we notice a hint of bitterness, the texture is very nicely buttery, from medium to strong body, salty, tasty Malvasia. The wine is authentic, full of flavor, masterfully produced.
