Splendid Carignano del Sulcis Terre Brune ’98, elegant red and well integrated in the territory of origin, conceived by none other than Giacomo Tachis. It is 95% composed of Carignano grapes and 5% of bovaleddu. Great respect for the territory. To the eye it appears very concentrated, dark, ruby with almost inked reflections, the nose offers a beautiful jam of berries, elegant mineral and undergrowth notes, humus, sweet spices, black pepper and, only at the end, a slight presence of wood, with typical aromas of vanilla and roasting. In the mouth it is powerful, concentrated yet elegant, soft, the glycerine component is almost chewable, wraps the tongue and palate. Great mineral sensation, savory which elevates it to wine of high lineage. The tannin is abundant but muffled by the great softness.
