Classic interpretation of 100% Barbera, cultivated and vinified with careful attention to preserving all the distinctive characteristics of this important Piedmont varietal.
Ruby red with violet reflections in its youth, transitioning to garnet red with age. An elegant and floral opening, where rose petals blend with small wild cherries and fresh field herbs. On the palate, it is very fruity, with fine acidity and medium body.
Perfectly pairs with cured meats, pork-based dishes, and both fresh and aged cheeses. Also worth trying with fatty-fleshed fish.
