The Falletto farm represents a collective myth linked to Barolo. Bruno Giacosa’s love for great wines and in particular Nebbiolo, his meticulous Equotidian search for perfection in work: a man who made the history of Italian wine. The barbaresco Asili is garnet red, the nose expresses all the elegant aristocracy of the Barolo branded Giacosa. Notes of violet, currant and raspberry leave room for hints that recall a certain ferrous minerality and a clear oriental spiciness. In the mouth it is tasty, very long, characterized by an incisive tannic texture and perfectly integrated with the tasting.
