Vinification: the destemmed and crushed grapes are put into the vitrified cement fermentation tanks, where fermentation is started. After the end of the fermentation, the maceration continues for another ten days, for a total of about twenty days. After racking, the aging in stainless steel tanks begins and it will end with at least four-three months in bottle.
Tasting notes: a little old Montepulciano, it has purple hues, the aroma is intense and typical of this grape variety. Sapid and full-bodied.
Food & wine: syou can combine it with first dishes with white ragù and mushrooms, and roast.
