The dark and deep ruby red color, intense, concentrated and warm. The nose gives its best, initially pungent with a pronounced, intense and persistent alcoholic vein, it literally explodes after a couple of rotations, with an open and rich bouquet that gives enveloping sensations of warmth. The result is red and black jam but also sweet spices, vanilla, licorice, suggestions of Mediterranean scrub and a light background roasting. It is a barricade and the wise use of wood is felt. The drink is full, warm and enveloping, with an important structure, with a dense but very fine and velvety tannic texture. The balance of the components is perfect. Sensations of ripe fruit spread on the palate, especially plums and morello cherries. Great evolutionary possibilities.
